Bergsund DeLaney Architecture is recognized as a leader in the design of multi-family affordable housing since the firm’s inception in 1996. Award winning projects range in size and scope from five units to five-acre neighborhoods and are located throughout Oregon.

Though housing is our first love, our work also includes custom homes, small-scale retail, commercial and civic projects. Passionate supporters of the urban growth boundary, we also design mixed use and urban in-fill developments.

Bergsund DeLaney Architecture has been committed to environmentally sustainable design principles since its inception. We actively plan and design every project with sustainability in mind. While many budgets are unable to support all of the alternatives available, together with our clients we have successfully integrated value added components and systems.

Located in Eugene, Oregon with a current staff of five people, we utilize varied means of visual design and current technology for our production requirements.
