The location and the property was ideal, and the owners decided to re-build rather than move.

This house is a Jewel box home, every detail has be thoroughly considered.

Extensive programmable lighting systems, integrated data network, exotic and sustainable hardwoods and finishes.

The owners lifestyles were the major design parti.

The project includes a special room just off the garden for preparation and storage of fresh food gathered from the extensive food garden.

The structural system was upgraded to current seismic standards.
