Fisher Ridge Apartments, located in Oregon City, provides 19 studio and one-bedroom units for persons with mental disabilities.  The two-story building is organized as a double loaded corridor with two secure entries.   The units are compact and efficient with sufficient built-in casework to allow someone to move in with only a bed and chair and feel comfortable.  A central lobby, large living room and efficiency kitchen create a community gathering space for group activities and family celebrations.  Offices are provided for the on-site manager and a drop-in case manager.

 Site amenities include a covered back porch, patio and a half court basketball area.  A large on-site storm water detention pond located behind the basketball court provides pre-treatment and controls the flow of storm water from the parking area and roof drains into the city storm system.
