60 units of affordable family housing in duplex units with a community center. The 6 acre wooded site in a residential
area in South Eugene involves extensive and complex site design due to the sloping site. The project uses State
Housing Division “HOME” funds and tax credit financing. It is the first development to test the revised City Street
Standards in Eugene.
