Ms. DeLaney graduated from the University of Oregon with a Masters of Architecture in 1989.  She has practiced architecture professionally for over 14 years in Eugene.  She has designed and managed a broad range of project and building types – from modest single-family residential remodels to complex commercial and institutional projects such as the 14 million dollar Moshofsky Sports Center for the University of Oregon Athletic Department.  Through this diversity of building type and project scale experience, Ms. DeLaney has developed the skill and expertise to manage complex projects that require a high level of coordination between clients, consultants, and contractors, from project programming through the construction.  Ms. DeLaney joined the firm in 1999 to pursue her interest in the design of multi-family affordable housing.  She became a partner in the firm in 2000.
